In March 2022 No Letting Go ran its annual conference at the Ardencote Hotel in Warwickshire, its first “in person” conference since the pandemic began.
The theme of the event was great habits, great business, great life focusing on strategies enabling franchisees to work on their business and not just in them to achieve the best work/life balance. The first key speaker was Ben Marley the reviews guru (previously from Feefo), discussing why reviews are so beneficial to all businesses, not just those in consumer-focused industries.
Next up was motivational speaker Marcus Child who led on work/life balance, goal setting, staying positive, motivating staff and much, much more!
Head of Operations at No Letting Go Justine Tomlinson says:
“It was certainly our best conference yet, providing the opportunity for our network to come together to share ideas and experiences. The guest speakers were phenomenal - full of practical advice and inspiring confidence to recharge goals and ambitions.”
Tracey Hinds-Shelford from the Watford franchise reflects:
“All of us have experienced less interaction over the last 2 years and the conference left me feeling completely energized and focused on my business plans for the coming year.”
Joanne Wilsdon who owns both Mid Suffolk and Cambridge territories adds:
“The whole thing was brilliant, inspirational and has invigorated a new motivation. The speakers, the 3 franchisees’ and to top it off an award, I didn’t expect to win”
Justine Tomlinson concludes:
“Franchisee events are so important to share successes resulting from the hard work by individual offices and head office, but also to strive for even better performance in the year ahead.”
