Caremark is proud to be a wholly UK owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK based network.
As a franchisor they seek to be responsive to the changing needs of homecare. This has led us to add to our existing award-winning system of home care by creating an innovative approach to supporting people, primarily to address the growing problem of loneliness. This we call PatchCare®. By creating communities through care, vulnerable people receive the best of both worlds – great care at home and ongoing companionship.
Caremark provides tailor-made, high quality care and support to people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities through its network of UK and international offices. Their services include support with personal care and other daily tasks such as light housework, meal preparation, as well as companionship, medication assistance, live-in care and children’s services, accessing the community, social and leisure activities, and support with attending important appointments.
Caremark is proud to be the only British privately owned and operated home care franchise which has an established and successful UK based network.
Caremark's proven home care business formula works because it provides people with the option to receive excellent care at home in a form tailored to the needs of the individual.
Caremark have the lowest management fees in the sector: Whereas their main competitors will take upwards of 7% in management fees, they keep their fees at a sector low value of just 4.5%, while providing a high quality service to their franchisees.
There are great opportunities from multiple income streams, including from PatchCare®, their revolutionary new way of delivering care.
Caremark also focus on staff retention, with an internal culture campaign promoting their values and aimed at ensuring the care staff feel valued and, in return, want to stay.
Caremark ranked 7th in the Elite Franchise Top 100 franchises 2019. Alongside this, numerous offices and individuals across our network regularly win care and franchise awards, with our youngest franchisee Hannah Drury, Caremark (Sutton) scooping yet more business awards this year.
