Negotiating property damage settlement with the insurer, project managing the claims process from inception to completion, building relationships, processing claims through the CRM system, organising contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
The franchise fee is £28,000 + VAT. Franchisees who require funding will need to be able to demonstrate to lenders that they have a minimum of £15,000 liquid capital available to contribute to their start-up costs.

Franchisees are able to set their own hours from Monday to Friday as well as working from home.
