Celebrating their 20th anniversary couldn’t be any better than securing a place among some of franchising’s elite. In February, the shortlist for bfa HSBC Franchisor awards were announced, and InXpress are delighted to be a finalist for Franchisor of the Year, 2019.
InXpress believes in delivering the best for both franchisees and our customers; a culture the franchise network has bought into. Together, they aim to remain the UK’s number one consultant for express courier services, and the largest franchisor of worldwide express parcel delivery.
"To have been shortlisted by the bfa HSBC judges, is a great achievement. We are honoured the judges saw how our brand, and franchise system, has been developing for the better, over the last 20 years. We are proud to boast a very high franchise success rate, among our 349 franchisees, worldwide, including our Young Guns – under 30’s entrepreneurs – who see the advantages of the InXpress franchise for their own future success."
"InXpress has pioneered positive change in the franchising industry, and its franchising model has really enabled the whole network to thrive, hence its selection."
"InXpress continues to show creativity and that the franchisee is at the forefront of their mind, including running initiatives such as the Young Guns programme to incentivise young people to acquire units. I wish the company the best of luck on the awards evening."
"We are pleased to have been shortlisted into the final six. We have an inspiring number of franchisees who are as passionate about success as we are. They drive us to continue to improve our services for customers, and the model for future success across the network."
This accolade comes hot on the heels of InXpress leaping into the Elite Franchise 100’s Top 10, at the end of 2018.

I’ve known about franchising for quite a while and I’m reassured by the fact that 95% of franchisees are still in business after 5 years. New businesses often fail before the initial five years.Bill Carter, Liverpool franchisee since 2008
With InXpress you don’t buy or sell stock so the business has low overheads and you don’t lose money on damaged stock. You’re selling the services of world branded products and it’s much easier to sell DHL services than white van. E-commerce is booming at the moment because more and more people are now buying online.Craig Atkins, Reading franchisee since 2007
I chose to franchise with InXpress because it’s like someone’s got their arm around you. I also liked the fact that you didn’t need a lot to run the business. You can run it from home, an office or anywhere in the world as long as you’ve got an internet connection.Kully Sahota, Peterborough franchisee since October 2012
