On Thursday 4th October, Glasgow's top businesses, organisations and individuals were honoured at The Glasgow Business Awards 2018 at the Hilton Glasgow. The sold out gala dinner and awards ceremony, hosted by Scottish Comedian, Fred MacAulay, saw one of InXpress Paisley’s customers receive recognition in not one, but two of the 16 categories, including the overall winner category.
"It was lovely to see my customer, Renewable Parts, winning both the Most Outstanding Business Award, alongside their Innovation in Business award."
"I happened to come across their centre, which was closed at the time. When we reopened in the New Year, I spoke with Director, Fred Pullar, and explained who I was and what InXpress could do for his business. Fred spoke of the frustrations he had experienced in dealing with carriers directly. Most of the parts they ship out are spares and consumables to wind farms. Most wind farms are obviously in some of the most remote locations of the UK."
"Steve and the InXpress team help us get our Wind Turbine parts and consumables to our customers quickly and efficiently. Accessing services from carriers such as UPS, TNT and DHL via a simple booking tool saves us time and hassle and is great value."
As a result, Renewable Parts have grown in confidence with the services Steve provides, and have doubled the number of packages they ship through InXpress since starting in January.
"I am really pleased with the way we are working together and greatly appreciate Steve’s attention to detail. He quickly responds to the operational challenges that pop up. Our business continues to grow, and I see InXpress as a key tool to help support that."
"Renewable Parts are the sort of company who, in a niche market, will grow. We are honoured to be part of their future success, and look forward to working with them for the long-term."

InXpress gives you a business concept and plan that you can run with. All you need is the right work ethic to deliver and make the business successful. There’s a model in place so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel – that was the biggest attraction for me.Lendy Mazur, Salisbury franchisee since February 2013
I chose to franchise with InXpress because it’s like someone’s got their arm around you. I also liked the fact that you didn’t need a lot to run the business. You can run it from home, an office or anywhere in the world as long as you’ve got an internet connection.Kully Sahota, Peterborough franchisee since October 2012
With InXpress you don’t buy or sell stock so the business has low overheads and you don’t lose money on damaged stock. You’re selling the services of world branded products and it’s much easier to sell DHL services than white van. E-commerce is booming at the moment because more and more people are now buying online.Craig Atkins, Reading franchisee since 2007
