From a technical background in IBM, Tano first developed his business experience with ‘blue chip’ executive levels
Married and with 4 children, mainly living in the region, Tano has recently moved into the Sheffield area where he is quickly becoming absorbed by being a first time grandfather in what is a beautiful district, and where he can enjoy his passion for nature.
From a technical background in IBM, Tano first developed his business experience with ‘blue chip’ executive levels at American Express, Nestle and Commercial Union, amongst others, across a range of B2B sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail and Finance.
His first operational challenges, however, came with his move into an international Software Company dealing with the logistics sector, where he became the M.D. of various subsidiaries, with turnover ranging from £1 to 150 million. Frequently placed in turnaround or start-up operations, Tano has been credited with successfully growing company revenues, increasing profits and developing highly performing teams in highly competitive scenarios.
This background allowed Tano to develop his skills further as President for EMEA of the North American organisation.
In the past few years Tano has been privileged to use this experience and business and managerial skills whilst working with the management of organisations to drive their success.
Tano attributes his experience to always having a real eye on the true objective and in working with people to develop their full potential. Only in this way can any management team achieve beyond expectations.
Tano has enormous respect for the valiant men and women who set up their own businesses, with a commitment to being the best and securing success.
