InXpress has recently surveyed its customer base to understand how satisfied they are with the service they are receiving. The results are impressive!

  • Over 80% agree or strongly agree that InXpress is valuable to their business
  • Over 85% agree or strongly agree that InXpress Support answers their questions in a timely manner
  • 95% said the service is first class

The message is clear … the overriding reason that customers are turning to InXpress for their shipping requirements is all about the overall service that is provided.
