Match Options are pleased to announce that the company has appointed Michael Celestine (formally managing the Bedfordshire office) as the Director of Operations and Business Development.
Michael joins the Senior Management team at Match Options head office and brings his considerable business and recruitment experience including holding an MSc in Finance and Business Management as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. (CIPD).
This means that he will be focused on supporting the branch network office and helping them to maintain the standardisation of the operations in all the Match Options locations as well as offering practical support to both the company owned and franchised branches so that all can achieve their performance targets and provide a high standard of service to both agency staff and customers.
Michael is relishing this opportunity to pass on his experience to other branch managers and franchisees. Michael joined Match Options as a Recruitment Consultant in 2008, so understands the business from the ground to now at senior management level.
