RE/MAX Franchise OpportunityThe RE/MAX‘s phenomenon is based on the ground-breaking principle of maximising earnings potential by enabling affiliated self-employed negotiators to retain the majority share of commissions on their individual sales. The main role of the franchise owner is to recruit, manage and motivate self-employed professionals and provide them with the infrastructure to deliver unrivalled customer service to their customers.

In addition to retaining a percentage of commissions on all sales, the Franchise Owner charges associates monthly fees for the provision of office and support facilities in a manner akin to that operated in private medical practices. This enables them to build their business without increasing overheads.

RE/MAX Franchise OpportunityTotal capital investment required is entirely dependent on type of set-up and individual circumstances, premises, equipment & working capital needs, but the average figure is likely to be in the region of £50K-£120K.  Finance of up to 70% is available through UK banks specialising infranchising so you would need approximately at least £25,000 in personal funding to launch your RE/MAX franchised business.

Opportunities are available in selected locations in London, Greater London, East Anglia, Home Counties and South East and South West of England.
