• You have commitment to implementing the proven PPP methodology and tap into your own unrealised wealth potential.
• You will maintain the high standards of services associated with the PPP brand.
• You have current equity or assets in excess of £300k available. This can be from combined sources.
• You understand and believe in PPP’s Mission statement of ‘Be More, Do More, Have More and Give More’. We are especially focused on a commitment to Give More to those less fortunate than ourselves.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Franchise Fee: £49,997 (+ VAT)

Franchise Set-Up Costs: can be approximately £1,000 in order to set up an office at home including a PC, Fax & phone.  

Working Capital: £ 250,000 – £300,000 to invest in your property portfolio. This can come from a variety of sources and if you are ensure if you qualify, please contact us.

Total Investment: £ 292,970 to £342,970 (excluding VAT on the Franchise Fee).
