The Franchise Package

Operating within an exclusive geographical area, each Franchisee will offer a comprehensive and affordable property search & acquisition and letting and management service, to a busy professional client base. You will be equipped with all the knowledge and expertise that you need to develop an exclusive territory.

Working from a home office, Franchisees will be given a professionally branded package that will enable them to deliver a first class service to their clients. As the business is home office based, so Franchisees do not need to find premises or pay for overheads that reduce profitability.

Our Head Office team will also promote the brand nationally that will help support and develop your business – opening up opportunities for Franchisees. We have in place an annual marketing plan that will include key media publications, exhibitions as well as a very proactive PR campaign.

 A “turnkey” package for our Franchisees is provided that includes all the materials (including training), as well as providing you with a “Brand Kit” that will facilitate a professional marketing operation. In addition Franchisees are provided with a complete administration pack that supports the whole process from winning business to invoicing clients. It will also mean that Franchisees can focus on growing the business.

The management Team will ensure that they pass on all their expertise and experience as part of the Franchise Package, enabling potential Franchisees to start trading at a much higher point on the business success ladder.

About Us

Carole Stubbs and Vickie Knighton of Medics On The Move, winners of the Regional HSBC “Start Up Stars”, first established their business in October 2003. They now provide a Lettings, Property Management, Home Search & Acquisition service to busy professionals, including, Medics, lawyers and Accountants.

Franchise Fee £25,995 (exc. VAT)

30 - 40% of this investment is expected to be available in cash with the rest being funded through a combination of bank funding, if necessary. Franchisees will also have to demonstrate access to some working capital to help through their first few month’s trading as the business grows and develops.
