Franchisees operate, on behalf of the insured, a fully comprehensive building claims management service. Your role requires you to assess the damage, negotiate with insurance companies and then to provide contractors to ensure the work is carried out.

Insurance companies generally pay directly to the Franchisee, who then pay the contractors.

The building insurance market continues to see an overall increase in annual payout amounts. This franchise opportunity is for individuals who are prepared to work hard to generate a substantial income.

You can work from home or develop your own operations centre. You can use any existing contacts as contractors, other franchisees contractors or we will help you develop local contractors.

All quotations are based on our National Building Rates, this enables negotiation with the insurance company.

Company History

James Whittle, co-founder of Aspray, set up the company with business associate Rob Taylor over two years ago. Both bring just the right skills and backgrounds to the company. James has extensive experience in franchising, running the family franchised removals business for 12 years and has since advised numerous franchises, including REMAX and Oakfleaf, on how to expand their network and Rob is a very successful property developer.

Since the UK launch in 2005 Aspray now has 38 franchisees in the UK and our first Irish operations began July 2008. Aspray plan to grow the network by 50 over the next twelve months and have complete UK national coverage by the end of 2009.
