Tax Assist Accountants Going International

TaxAssist Accountants, the UK’s leading accountancy and taxation service for small businesses is delighted to announce they have now sold the Master Franchise Licence for the Republic of Ireland to Accountants, Greg Murphy and Roddy Comyn.

Greg and Roddy currently operate their own established and very successful accountancy practice in Dublin which will now be transformed into the Support Centre for the Republic of Ireland franchisee network.

Their current practice premises will become the Republic of Ireland’s very first TaxAssist Accountants shop front, offering all of the usual great TaxAssist services to clients. This will be the flagship practice for Ireland and the network is expected to grow to over 50 shops overall creating many new jobs and opportunities in the process.

TaxAssist Accountants was founded in 1995 and now has over 160 franchisees including 79 shop fronts across the UK. The selling of this first Master Franchise Licence in the Republic of Ireland proves that the sound and proven business model is exportable and further international expansion plans are in the pipeline.

TaxAssist Accountants offer a range of services specifically matched to the needs of small business. Services range from the completion of end of year accounts and annual tax returns to payroll, VAT and bookkeeping. This is further complemented by additional services designed to help small business owners maximise their financial position including debt recovery, independent financial advice and personnel (HR) services.
