Signs Express successfully deliver re-brand for fellow franchisor Bairstow Eves

The UK & Ireland’s largest sign company, Signs Express, has been awarded the exclusive contract for the re-brand of all franchised Bairstow Eves Countrywide offices across the UK. The re-brand forms part of a major investment programme being carried out by the Countrywide Group.
The contract was awarded following a tender to establish a single signage manufacturer who could provide a fast and professional service on a nationwide basis. With over 80 centres nationwide, Signs Express is the UK & Ireland’s largest sign company and was the obvious choice for Bairstow Eves Countrywide to complete a project of this scale.
In total, 114 offices have been re-branded with new fascias, internal and external signage and window graphics to follow the new corporate identity. With the majority of these offices being completed in just 8 weeks, the project was managed by the Signs Express National Accounts team who organised all of the operational aspects of the work. Bairstow Eves Countrywide is one of the largest estate agents in Britain with over 300 branches, 120 of which are franchised.
