Fiat Group Awards Smart Repairer Contract to Revive!

In what is believed to be the first arrangement of its kind, the Fiat Group has appointed Revive! the UK’s premier SMART* repair franchise as the approved repairer for its Fiat and Alfa Romeo dealership network.

The Revive! Smart Repair franchise leads the way in professional mobile smart repairs with over 80 technicians and 54 franchisees across the UK. Under the contract the Revive! service allows dealerships to offer SMART repairs to valued Fiat and Alfa Romeo Customers, adding a new service to the dealership and a new income stream.

Commented managing director of Revive! Mark Llewellyn: "Adding value to the dealership network in such a competitive environment is an important part of the FIAT and ALFA dealer solution. We are looking to work in partnership with the dealerships and add significant value to their existing services. If an Alfa Romeo driver or Fiat customer scrape or scuff their car they know that they will be able to return to their dealership and get the work done under the professional standards they are used to. Typical work carried out by Revive! technicians will include repairing bumper scuffs, alloy wheels and other small scratches on the vehicle.

*SMART" is a term used in the car bodywork profession. It stands for Small to Medium Area Repair Technique.
