Kall Kwik Edinburgh is an award-winning Centre, run by Mark & Jemima McCluskey, a husband and wife business partnership. They acquired an existing Kall Kwik Centre in Edinburgh in March 1995 and since then have focussed their energies on fostering strong links with the local business community.
They have added to their thriving business by investing in the latest production techniques and by expanding the size and use of their premises. Winner of the 2003 first prize in the Franchisee of the Year award, the Centre has gone from strength to strength.
In their first two years of business their sales grew from £350k to £630k and in eight years they have added one million pounds to their turnover, and moved up Kall Kwik's national performance table from 120th to seventh place. The couple owns two Kall Kwik customer-facing Centres in Edinburgh and Paisley, and two years ago they invested in a new 3,500 sq. ft Central Production Unit.
Their business expansion has also greatly improved the working environment for their staff. The pair both believe that their staff are one of their greatest assets and have helped them experience significant sales growth.
