Bill, who only opened his Warrington based Icon franchise in April this year, is celebrating a bumper crop of clients in June. Client No. One - A furniture Retailer
On 11 June Bill visited a furniture retailer with serious cash flow issues and a husband/ wife team facing the prospect of closing up shop and seeking employment - something they dreaded.
Positive cash flow is the result of prudent financial management and Bill was able to demonstrate a few simple changes to get the business back on track within 2-4 weeks that would lead to sustainable profitable growth over a 7 month period. Recommending Icon’s PtS programme, Bill says the client’s £14.100 investment has already seen a dramatic improvement to cash flow and a restored sense of feeling highly positive and optimistic about the prospects for the business - an amazing turnaround from where they were just a couple of weeks ago.
Client No. 2 - A Security Company
On the 22 June Bill visited a security company with a new owner who’s challenge was managing the transition which has had a serious impact on cash flow and growth, with the business owner working an 80 hour week to get the business turned around. The (then) current position for the company was certainly not sustainable and Bill was able to prove to the new owner that by implementing a few simple changes to get the team working more effectively and improve working capital, the hours needed for the business owner to spend in the business would reduce. The client signed up to a programme worth £13,500. and the foundations are now being put in place to make sure the business owner can grow the business with confidence whilst delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
Client No. 3 - A Property Company
Bill also visited this company on 22 June (they were in the same building as the security company) and found that the challenge for the business owner was in terms of managing growth. She signed up to an SMP programme worth £8,600 and is now highly confident of achieving dramatic growth in what has been a fairly turbulent market sector.
The hat trick was accomplished in less than a two week – a fantastc achievement!
