Typically, ICON advisors undertake a number of marketing activities. The actual creation and day to day management of a database of business owners is done for the advisor - right down to arranging meetings with qualified prospects. That means advisors have more time to network with business owners at business clubs and organisations, like the local Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International, as well as through the strategic alliances ICON help set up with local accountancy practices and other professionals working with business owners.
ICON advisors run seminars and workshops for groups of business owners on everything from leadership to managing business finance, all with superb presentation materials and delegate handbooks provided within the ICON franchise package and which provide additional revenue streams for their business.
ICON is looking to recruit franchisees in all areas of the UK and Ireland and a number of existing franchisees are looking to recruit advisors into their practices to cope with growing customer demand.
