It was only launched in 2006 but Enfields’ successful franchise scheme has already been singled out for recognition when it was nominated for no fewer than five categories at this year’s Franchise Marketing Awards.
The property agency, which has recently opened its sixth operation in Bournemouth as well as confirming its tenth franchise signing, was short-listed in a number of categories including Best Franchise Launch Programme, Best Overall Marketing Campaign, Best PR Campaign, Franchise Recruitment Team of the Year and Best Recruitment Literature.
The Franchise Marketing Awards are organised annually to recognise the industry’s most innovative and effective marketing campaigns for products, services and franchise recruitment. This year’s event was held at the luxury Marriott Hotel, London and hosted by BBC presenter Lee Hurst.
To be short-listed for five of the competitions ten categories is a great boost to Enfields which has plans to roll-out 150 branches throughout the UK by 2012. Managing Director Rob Mott states, “Enfields franchise has had a spectacular first year with the team exceeding our launch year targets. We have developed a well-organised business scheme that provides ambitious self-starters the perfect balance of the freedom that comes from running their own business with proven systems that are backed by an excellent support structure. Enfields’ franchise scheme has already led to the successful opening of six branches in new conurbations including Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Leeds, Hythe, Bournemouth and Ruislip. A further four confirmed signings will also see the firm launch in Northampton, Enfield and two offices in Bristol.
These recent nominations come on the heels of the agency being voted Gold Estate Agency of the Year 2006 for the best medium sized agency – an accolade that Enfields has retained for two years. The firm also received Bronze Awards for Residential Lettings and its Web & Technology provisions at the National Estate Agency Awards and Managing Director Rob Mott picked up the coveted Judges Awards at a southern-based business awards ceremony towards the end of last year.
