Award-winning estate agency sponsors Yorkshire Amateur Junior AFC
The Leeds branch of national property group Enfields has shown its commitment to local initiatives by sponsoring Yorkshire Amateur Junior AFC’s under 14’s team – allowing the club to kit out the team in branded training and match clothing and purchase various other training equipment.
The request for help came from one of Enfields’ customers, and eager to support community schemes, Enfields Franchise Partner Chris Heaps, a self-confessed football fanatic, jumped at the chance to see his company’s name on the team’s kit.
Chris stated, “One of our core values is to make a positive contribution to the community in which we operate our business and live. The Yorkshire Amateur Junior AFC is a superb club that provides the opportunity for local talents to realise their potential. We are pleased to contribute to the development of this promising under 14’s team.”
Enfields support has been made under the firm’s Working in the Community’ scheme which was launched nearly two years ago with the aim of ‘putting something back’ into local communities through active involvement in local events and fundraising for charity. Since its launch the initiative has benefited a number of sporting clubs, charities and community organisations nationwide.
Yorkshire Amateur Junior AFC is a county-wide football club that has roots dating back to the early part of the 20th Century and has seen a number of players go on to play for premiership clubs including Stuart Naylor (West Bromich Albion). The club provides training sessions and enters teams into local leagues catering from under 9’s and up.
