Nigel Rosehill has recently celebrated 10 years with the Expense Reduction Analysts Cost Management Consultancy franchise. He shares his experiences and thoughts on why Expense Reduction Analysts was the right decision for him, and expresses how Expense Reduction Analysts has developed successfully as a fantastic network of consultants that want to succeed in delivering exceptional service in the provision of cost management consultancy to all organisations.

Before joining Expense Reduction Analysts, Nigel Rosehill worked for over 20 years in the domestic and international banking environment as a corporate account manager in London, responsible for lending to SME and large corporate clients. "Traveling when you have a young family isn’t easy. Commuting to and from London meant another couple of hours on my working day and by the time I got home my children were already in bed. I felt I missed my elder two children growing up. It simply wasn’t ideal.

Now I can be a bigger part of their lives and see my two youngest grow up, without missing bits of their childhood. The chance to run my own business successfully whilst being part of a much larger support network really appealed to me. It was the solution I’d been looking for, being in control of my own destiny, having a high income and the flexibility to decide my working hours is what I wanted to achieve’’
