BCR ASSOCIATES FRANCHISE RECRUITMENT MANAGER APPOINTED BFA REGIONAL CHAIR FOR THE SOUTH WEST

Phil Gaffer, Franchise Recruitment Manager for leading business cost reduction franchise BCR Associates (recently accredited with a Best Business Award), has been appointed Regional Chair for the British Franchise Association South West Forum.

Gaffer, who has worked in the franchise industry for over 12 years in a variety of franchise support roles ranging from BDM to Franchise Director, is a passionate believer in the benefits of franchising and an avid supporter of the British Franchise Association.

Commenting on the new role, Gaffer says, “I am delighted to have been selected to take on this important role. Having recruited over 100 franchisees during my career to date (in the last 12 months, I have successfully introduced ten franchisees to BCR Associates), I have always been keen to be associated with companies that are committed to the promotion of ethical franchising to maintain the integrity and reputation of the franchise sector.

I now feel ready to give something back to the industry which has been so pivotal in my career development. I plan to use my personal experience and proven expertise to influence positive change. My primary objective will be to encourage constructive input from all participants and to create a positive, welcoming environment for the healthy exchange of views / concerns in relation to critical issues affecting franchisors in the South West”

BCR Associates is an Associate Member of the British Franchise Association. The first BFA South West Forum will take place 18th January 2012, in Swindon.
