This month, another record number of new franchisees joined Auditel, the UK’s favourite cost and purchase management franchise.
Edward Brewer, Auditel’s Business Development Director, reveals: “This was a fantastic group of people who conducted due diligence into the white-collar franchise marketplace before deciding to choose Auditel. We were delighted to train these new affiliates from a wide range of backgrounds - all of whom bring a wealth of experience and talents to our network.”
Following last year’s nomination in the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Award, Auditel has been selected as finalists, together with only five other franchisors, to win the HSBC Franchisee Support Award for 2011. This award, which is managed by the British Franchise Association (bfa), is given to the franchisor who stands out as providing exceptional support to their franchisees, to give them the best possible environment for success.
Edward comments: “We are delighted that recognition of our offering by the industry continues. It gives potential franchisees confidence to make an informed choice. Applicants recognise the value of our cost and purchase management service in these challenging economic times. In fact, the number of franchisees in our network has increased by over 190% since 2005 and there are now nearly 200. Our higher earners enjoy an income of over £200k.”
Until recently, Lester Sharp, one of our new franchisees, was the Operations Director of an engineering company. He was responsible for all aspects of production, purchasing and customer service. Asked why he joined Auditel, he said: “They presented a very professional persona. Without exception, their team were the type of people I was interested in being associated with.
