Auditel – is the UK’s premier cost and purchase management consultancy. The first edition of its quarterly ‘Insider’ magazine was published last month.
It was packed with information on the global and UK economy and how to manage business expenditures and increase profitability. The Auditel 10th Supplier Exhibition was also featured. This annual event saw over 200 Auditel consultants and representatives from 31 of the UK’s major suppliers of business services meet face-to-face and enhance their knowledge and understanding of each others’ services.
The magazine reported on many examples of successes achieved for charities across the full spectrum of business costs. These included the Earl Mountbatten Hospice in the Isle of Wight, which cares for over 800 patients facing life-threatening conditions every year. Their Director of Finance, Cathy Taylor, commenting on the savings to date of 43% on telecommunications, said: “Auditel gave me the confidence that our costs are under control. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to other organisations.”
The ever-popular Auditel FREE Business Health Check was showcased. This option is the best possible way for an organisation to manage their business costs effectively with the minimum risk and proves its worth over and over again. In a nutshell, it starts with an assessment of current business costs followed up with a comprehensive report that identifies savings opportunities. Auditel then implement the necessary measures and manage the entire process, usually on a contingency basis.
