TaxAssist Accountant's Sarah Robertson scoops Marketing Award

"The strategies and initiatives employed by Sarah have allowed TaxAssist Accountants to continue to build on our success by capitalising on the significant growth opportunities both domestically and internationally" - Karl Sandall, TaxAssist Accountants

TaxAssist Accountants Business Development Director, Sarah Robertson, scoops the 2020 Innovation Group’s Marketing Person of the Year Award.

The awards, presented by Ian Fletcher at a prestigious awards ceremony in Birmingham, aim to celebrate the strength and success of individuals and businesses within the accountancy sector.

As a leading accountancy organisation, the 2020 Innovation Group boasts over 1,000 members and award entrants faced tough competition.

It has been an impressive year for TaxAssist Accountants; this award win is the second 2020 Group award for Sarah Robertson, following a previous Marketing Person of the Year win in 2007 and also follows hot on the heels of TaxAssist Accountants Gold BFA Franchise of the Year Award win.

Sarah, who is responsible for TaxAssist Accountants marketing strategy, brand development and business development strategies, received the award in recognition of the marketing initiatives she has introduced, her online marketing strategy success and her role in TaxAssist Accountants international expansion.

Sarah founded a successful Brand Agency ‘The Point’ in 1994 which became one of the foremost marketing communications agencies in the Eastern region with billings in excess of £4.5m.

In 2004 Sarah joined TaxAssist Accountants, bringing with her 20 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry, including working with a broad range of national and regional brands such as the British Red Cross, Norwich Union (now Aviva), Oracle, Del Monte, the Imperial Cancer Research Fund and Swinton Insurance.

Chief Executive Karl Sandall comments; “Despite the economic climate we have had an outstanding year. The strategies and initiatives employed by Sarah have allowed TaxAssist Accountants to continue to build on our success by capitalising on the significant growth opportunities both domestically and internationally”.

We are looking to further expand our UK network through awarding our franchise to individuals who have the drive and ambition to build their own Accountancy Practice but can see the value in our brand and the support services we deliver to our franchisees.
