Last month, Lester Sharp, ex- Operations Director of an engineering company, was featured as one of the record number of new franchisees who joined Auditel, the UK’s favourite cost and purchase management franchise.
Ex-Management Accountant Marvin Angel was in the same group. He recalls: “Having looked at other franchise operations, I felt that Auditel offered the support which would enable me to move my career forward into a new and challenging area. I totally enjoyed the training provided. Whilst being very intensive, it was also very rewarding, moving at a manageable pace with people who are totally confident in their methods. Thanks!”
Edward Brewer, Auditel’s Business Development Director, reveals: “Marvin was among a fantastic group of people who conducted due diligence into the white-collar franchise marketplace before deciding to choose Auditel. We were delighted to train these new affiliates from a wide range of backgrounds. They all bring a wealth of experience and talent to our network.”
Following last year’s nomination in the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Award, Auditel was selected as a finalist, together with only five other franchisors, for the HSBC Franchisee Support Award for 2011. This award, which is managed by the British Franchise Association (bfa), is given to the franchisor providing exceptional support to their franchisees and the best possible environment for success.
Edward comments: “We are delighted that recognition of our offering by the industry continues. It gives potential franchisees confidence to make an informed choice. Applicants recognise the value of our cost and purchase management service in these challenging economic times. In fact, the number of franchisees in our network has increased by over 190% since 2005 and there are now nearly 200. Our higher earners enjoy an income of over £200k.”
As Edward confirms: “The Auditel approach to its network of franchisees has always been to go that extra mile. We constantly strive to provide unrivalled levels of training and support, the most extensive knowledge bank in our industry, and state-of-the-art marketing activities. We believe that this is a company which fosters trust and lays the foundation for each of our franchisees to succeed.”
Head of Marketing Laurence Knott agrees. “Now is the time for any management professional who is seeking a career change to approach us. Our Free Discovery Seminars indicate what may be achieved within our franchise which provides financial, business and personal satisfaction."
