Established Expense Reduction Analyst franchisee, David Keating has continued his winning ways picking up the highly regarded ‘Consultant of the year award’
Established Expense Reduction Analyst franchisee, David Keating has continued his winning ways picking up the highly regarded ‘Consultant of the year award’ at the 2011 National Conference, following on from his award as ‘Client Relationship Manager of the Year’ for 2010.
Speaking of his achievement, David said: “I’m really pleased; I wasn’t expecting it at all! We’ve had lots of very successful projects this year and we always look to our client’s best interest and work towards them. The award is a real recognition of our hard work and success.”
Before becoming an Expense Reduction Analysts Consultant in 2006, David spent over 15 years working in the European building industry, based in Brussels with responsibilities across Europe, Middle East and Africa. His roles included working in design, engineering and manufacturing before moving through into business development and project management. Speaking of making the step into self employment, David commented:
“The best thing about being an Expense Reduction Analyst consultant is that I am able to chose when I work to suit me, this provides me with the ideal work life balance. I really enjoy my work and have gained significant financial reward with quick progression for my business.”
This is not the first time that the team in Folkestone have picked up awards at the Expense Reduction Analysts National Conference with Rob Stearn (David’s business partner), picking up the consultant of the year award last year, and David winning the ‘Client Relationship Manager of The Year Award’ too.
Between them, the dynamic duo divide the Sales and Client Management aspects of the business so that they can each play to their own strengths, deliver spectacular results and overall provide the best possible service to their clients.
“Our business has grown substantially since I joined Expense Reduction Analysts; Rob and I currently employ two people and are looking to recruit further. The overall aim is to develop our franchise into a stand alone business, which we are well on track to doing.”
In addition to successfully running their business, both David and Rob are major contributors to the training of new franchisees as part of Expense Reduction Analysts’ induction training.
David runs courses on Client Relationship Management and Rob trains new members on areas of Business Development including courses such as “Winning More Business through Successful Prospect Meetings” and “Effective Follow Up and Momentum”.
