You just can’t stop Mike Kennedy smiling since he set up his own business.

Less than three years ago Mike Kennedy was sat in a middle management job at BT. Spending lots of time away from his family in Clifford, Leeds and increasingly dismayed by the big company politics he decided to try something different. Now with the help of his Quantum Organization franchise he is running his own successful sales and marketing consultancy business and helping other business owners achieve their own dreams.

“Looking back I just don’t understand why I didn’t do it sooner” says Mike. “Having spent all my career working for other big companies, I realised that buying into a franchise would offer me the security of a structured approach to setting up in business and immediately having a “consulting tool kit” to use with clients.”
